Just purchased a YOGA 720. I am having an issue with the Touch Pad and Mouse. Everything works fine on startup but if I close the lid and then reopen the touchpad and mouse become inoperarable.
On start up I checked the Device Manager and see two "HID Compliant Mouse" items. If I close the lid and re-open the touchpad mouse stops working and when I check the Device manager again only ONE "HID Compliant Mouse" item is listed. I hit the "scan for hardware changes" but it still does not come back. If I delete the remaining "HID Compliant Mouse" and scan for hardware changes, it re-populated the item but the mouse still does not work.
Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
2) Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
3) Right-click the device name of your mouse our touchpad driver and click Properties.
4) Click Power Management, make sure the box for Allow the computer to turn off his device to save power option is un-checked and click OK.

I tried the suggestion on this post. There were two listings under mouse/pointer. Both were HD compliant mouse. Any other suggestions? I have had this all of one day.
