bought yoga 720 15 4k for 5 months from BestBuy, I had sent this laptop for repairs two times and the black line issues appear for the third time today. tired of waiting for repairing. what should I do? still send it back for repair or get an on-site technician, replace it or can I get my money refund?

Check with your local Lenovo support line.
There is more often than not a policy in place for repairs for the same fault.
Here in the UK for example, if a unit gets repaired 3 times for the same fault, and fault is still happening, then the Lenovo support will escalate the case, and the unit either gets replaced or a refund is offered, this of course is different for all cases.
In any case, I think it`d be best to get back in touch with your support line and see if you can reach a resolution with them.
