:( nothing change, I bought a custom one.

During sync of dropbox temp of cpu goes around 75 ~ 84 degrees and the fan start.

Nothing else running in the background.

I order 2 laptop and both same issue.

It's pretty common for fans to run a lot during initial boot times as that's when a number of programs check for updates, cloud services sync and anti-virus programs do scans.  All of that tasks the CPU enough to raise its temperature. Thinner laptops are more difficult to keep cool and heat is a dangerous thing.  As for Chrome, you can set it not to run in the background, which helps.

Next time the fan gets loud, launch Task Manager and see what's running. So long as it's something you recognize and the fan settles down after a few minutes, all is well.

You can also mitigate the computer's fan by setting the thing on a laptop cooler. My 910 is sitting on one as I type this. The cooler has larger fans, which are quieter. The 910s fan will still cycle up during cloud sync, busy web pages, video editing and when Windows Updates. But it doesn't run as fast nor as often when sitting on the cooler.

Well,

Nothing running other then dropbox sync

I work on a different laptop during the time dropbox sync and all my update are already completed.

The taskbar (process) is fine also, already check and always up to check what's wrong.

If Dropbox Sync is constantly running, you might need to look into that or reinstall it.  I have a fairly large OneDrive account and it took FOREVER for that to initally sync, since OneDrive installs a local copy of every directory you've chosen to sync.  Fan ran high for hours.  Since then, OneDrive syncs at boot up for about a minute and that's it.

perhaps you can check the power options to make sure that the laptop is set to "passive cooling" in power options? see screenshot below.
