I have a brand new Yoga 730-15IKB, with which I have the following issue:
The Wi-Fi is disconnecting all the time.
I constantly click Disconnect and then Connect again, but after a few seconds
I get the same issue again.

Have you updated the drivers on your laptop since you received it, Windows 10 has had some issues with WiFi that require device drivers newer than those that were probably installed on your system when it was built, so try that first.
You can use Lenovo Vantage, or go to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com, enter your laptops serial number in the search window (or select "Detect My Serial Number" and update the "Networking:" Wireless **bleep**" driver manually if desired.
Best of luck,

Does it happen on all networks. IOW, have you tried it with a public hotspot or some other network?

Install this Wireless adapter Intel Wireless-Ac 9260, 2230, 2X2 Ac+Bt, Gigabit, No Vpro. Many have, myself included, and no problems since! This also upgrades you to the latest Bluetooth, v5.0. Very easy install with YT vids to guide you. Good luck!
