Update: My laptop died and will not turn back on. I tried to call Lenovo Canada but they are closed until tomorrow.
Does anyone have an issue with returning it after the warranty period? I purchased mine in May of 2018 so it just exceeds the warranty period. I feel like it's their fault if they push out a BIOS update without testing it first......

UPDATE: Upon calling Lenovo they thought that my motherboard was fried and had no correlation to the failing of the BIOS update.
As my warranty expired in May 2019, I wasn't eligible to get my machine serviced.
After reassessing the situation a second time, customer service is willing to service my laptop for no charge. I am awaiting an email and instructions to continue.

How and why should this even happen.. Just a simple Bios update is now giving users of this product headache. Lenovo should really answer this.
My pc won’t even turn on just because I wanted to update it.
Why spend such amount of money on a laptop just for this to happen..
I’m not even wasting my money on Lenovo products anymore.
