I have the same problem. Is this a software problem or a hardware problem?
I've read what you wrote about Device Manager, I've attached an image, is it OK or not?

Maybe if you use the lenovo website to update your drivers (again) it will give you back the 2nd faulty keyboard on device manager... which then would allow you delete the keyboard (and MAKE SURE to select option to delete the drivers, too, if it asks).

Thank you gambit007. My life is complete now, especially after doing a clean install of W10 to eliminate the bloatware. My 730 is running as it should fast and quiet, now with a touchpad.
