I have a Lenovo Yoga 730-13iwl with the same problem.
To me now helped this command:
NETSH INT IP RESET C:\RESTLOG.TXT

I have the same issue with my IdeaPad 730S, bought from Lenovo's website dec 2019...
I found that with my access point (Ubiquity LR AP) adjusted to 20MHz Bandwidth, the issue is gone... The Realtek 8822BE have an issue with wifi signal adjusted to wider bandwith, ie. 40 MHz and above... I hope that this clue might help some users... Ciao !
