I have Yoga 900 13ISK2 for almost a year now and about few months ago I've noticed that fan started working quite often. After installing CPUID HWMonitor I can see that CPU get's to 100°C! What could be the cause of that? I've reset BIOS, Windows, etc, completely fresh installation and the problem persists.
I've attached a screenshot of HWMonitor.
If I take it to service I will be left without notebook for sometime, which is not really an option.
Thank you for any inputs

Your CPU / GPU might be overheating and it's throttling down - this would cause your CPU / GPU to operate in a low frequency, thus giving you low FPS. If you get high temperatures, you can try to decrease the heat by:

I don't think you've read my message. It's not GPU, it's CPU. It's overheating and it goes to 100°C. There's no FPS issue. Windows starts and CPU goes to 100°C - this is a computer/hardware problem. I'm in AC conditioned room.
I don't think I can open my Yoga and replace stock Thermal Interface Material without loosing my warranty.
