Ok i recently bought the top model spec yoga 900 to replace my surface pro. Despite other known bugs im also experencing one major issue with the graphics being laggy and very slow to load.
Before you ask, this is the computer not the internet (im on fibre and never had this issue before and do not have it on other computers. Its also present when loading PDF's or images with high resolution cacheing)
so heres how it goes loading webpages (Chrome, Edge and Firefox)
2-page changes and comes up without pictures
3-CPU core speed increases and cooling fans speed up (maybe maxbut im not sure)
4-images instantly load one by one
5-page jumps around (snaps to grid several times)
7-CPU Core speed back to low, fan speed down to off
8-Click another link and it does the same over again.
its not the web browser because it does the same thing in facebook app and other applications including excel (with big documents, and MS word but only when its loading pictures.) This also effects scrolling these documents.
CPU, RAM, WIFI and all other core resources never even spike too much and dont rench max.
It feels like the intel graphics is struggleing to display the data
This problem is much worse when running on battery also but i can understand this as some hardware accleration may be turned off to save battery
Can anyone help?
