I like to enable auto hide of the taskbar to free up space on the small screen, but there are some glaring glitches when this function is in use. It's not enough for me to disable auto hide, but I do want to report it in hopes of a fix.
Mousing down to the bottom of the screen (or where ever you position the taskbar) doesn't always cause the taskbar to appear. Instead, I just have to rely on the three finger tap to open it along with the cortana window. It seems this occurs once you are using an active window, but if you just opened the taskbar, you are able to mouse down to make it appear. Another bug occurs after using the three finger tap and clicking on any system tray icon. The taskbar immediately hides, requiring me to mouse down again to access whatever I clicked on. This only happens with the three finger tap, though.
These bugs seem to apply to touch functions as well, except I can't use the three finger tap if my Yoga is folded up. Luckily, touching the windows button below the screen works like the three finger tap. It should be noted that the system tray icon glitch does not apply when opening the taskbar with the windows button.
If I remember correctly, these bugs were not present about 6 months ago when I first got my Yoga.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
This may be a stupid suggestion, but try to turn the setting on and off, see if this sort of refreshes this feature.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
