Yoga 900 BSOD

I bought my Yoga 900 in early 2016 and it soon began to crash.  Under warranty, I took it to an approved Lenovo service centre.  They wiped it and said they could not find any hardware problem.  It worked fine for a while, but began crashing again towards the end of my warranty.  I wiped it myself but it continues to crash.  I recently took it to a local repair shop.  The temporarily replaced the hard drive, but the problems persisted so they re-installed the old hard drive.  They also did something to the graphics card, but I'm not exactly sure what.

 

One of two messages appear when it crashes:

 

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

 

Both with:

What failed: iaStorA.sys

 

I am now at the point where I am ready to throw the computer in the trash.  Can anyone help me on this one?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.


Sounds like this will be a problem with the RAM I believe.
