I think this is a fairly commn problem. I have tried to fix it by going into Device Manager and unchecking the box allowing the keyboard to wake the laptop from sleep, but thisboption was not even there.
Using Command Prompt in administrator mode and typing “powercfg -devicedisablewake “Standard PS/2 Keyboard”” does not work either. Command Prompt tells me I do not have permission to enable or disable device wake.
Is there a workaround or solution for this?

In response to customer reports of Yoga 900 laptops not remaining in sleep mode while the lid is closed, Lenovo has provided a fix in BIOS C6CN35WW released 1/27/16.
Changes in this release
Disable internal keyboard when lid is closed in sleep mode.
