I was a proud owner of the Yoga 900-13ISK model until yesterday, where my screen started to fail.
As soon as I start the computer (even before OS boot) the screen is visibly grainy and then glitches a bit and then turns off for ca. 5 seconds.and this goes on and on. The functionality and files are not affected at all (can access control panel, and other stuff).
here is a vid of my problem https://vid.me/2KXy
The only thing i tried to do is to unistall and reinstall the display drivers. (and of course I restarted my computer many times)
I presume this is a hardware issue, can someone please confirm this, or advise me in any other way?

Try installing this video driver: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/Yoga-Series/yoga-900-13isk/downloads/D...
Also see if this issue occurs on a second display. If it doesn't, then it seems to me like a hardware issue (most likely the LCD cable that goes through the hinge). http://support.lenovo.com/ has chat and phone support.

thank you for your reply,
unfortunately the driver hasn't helped in my case.
I will try connecting to an external monitor tomorrow, and will ask the support where can I get my laptop fixed (In Vienna).
