Yoga 910 Crash and no responding

Hi,

 

I have a Ram of 16 GB, and recently, when it often crashs. ( the screen stopped and everything freezes without responding). The usagewas showing 40% and the only softwares I was using are Excel and Chrome. 

 

This is really frustrating.. I have to restart my laptop EVERYDAY and keep worrying about when the laptop will crash.

Hi,

 

Thanks for the reply. After few days, it still doesn't work. I found out it only crashes when I use Chrome and it works fine with Edge. If I restart my laptop it can work for like 2 days. After 2 days, when I use Chrome, it will be very slow and freezes all the time.
