I want to share this with the community.
I installed Hyper-V on my brand new Yoga 910-13IKB.
Then, the screen started flickering erratically.
Uninstalled Hyper-V, flickering was gone.
Updated all the drivers and BIOS via Lenovo, flickering still there with Hyper-V enabled.
Then contacted german Lenovo support. BAD IDEA. They were not helpful at all. Stated, that upgrading from the pre-installed Windows 10 64bit Home to Pro edition would void their warranty. What utter rubbish! The hardware supports virtualization nicely and Windows 10 64 is the utility system of choice for the Yoga 910. Nowhere in the sales docs would they state that certain features or editions of Windows 10 would not be supported.
Googled and found not much for Lenovo, but other Notebooks with identical Hardware (MS Surface) had similar problems. Installing the latest Graphics drivers from Intel graphics drivers download solved it for their hardware.
Noted that Intel had a newer driver than what was released by Lenovo for the Yoga.
Tried to install it. Wouldn't let me, because the driver was "not officially supported by the manufacturer".
Then, completely uninstalled the display adapter's driver via the Device Manager, so that - after a restart - the "Microsoft Generic Display Driver" was present.
Then I was able to install the hardware manufacturer's latest driver.
Since that, the flickering has completely disappeared for more than 2 weeks. Problem solved.
Hope this helps somebody.

Hi, Igadola – Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum & this would certainly help someone regarding this issue.
Also, why no video driver updates when other manufacturers with the same issue approved it quite some time ago?

EDIT: The following solution only works temporarily. There is something in Windows 10 or Lenovo that detects I am not using the default Lenovo/Intel driver and automatically updates it back to the driver that causes the screen flickering issue. I turned off automatic updating of Hardware Drivers in Control Panel, System, Advance System Settings, Hardware, Device Installation settings. But the behavior of reverting back to the orignal driver still ocurrs. Lenovo, please fix this issue ASAP.
Thank you so much for the solution. It worked for me. I have Window 10 Pro Yoga 900 laptop. In Device Manger, select the graphics card. Right click on properties. Click on the Driver tab. Then, click on Uninstall Device and the box to uninstall the driver. Then reboot the system. Windows will then install the generic Microsoft driver on reboot. Then, install the Intel version of the driver. I downloaded it first before removing the device. Links to the drivers on intel site can be found at this page.

I have had the same exact experience with my Yoga 900 /i7/16/512. Hyper-v being enabled causes flickering bad enough to make the laptop unusable. I also tried updating the video driver. I saw the same temporary results before my system was 'fixed' into unusability by either Win10 and/or Lenovo management software.
I was getting ready to upgrade to a 910 because, well, there's no way this problem wasn't fixed, right? I'm glad I looked. I love the form factor (fits perfectly in a padfolio) but there's no reason to spend extra if it can't do what I need.

Used to have the same problem on my 900 - drove me batty. US Lenovo tech support gave me a download site for new drivers - fixed it. They help out even after the warranty expires.
