I just today got my Yoga 910. When I do the lightest tap on the touch pad, the touch pad makes a noticable sound. My wife says it sounds like finger nails tapping. To me it sounds like two pieces of metal touching. I have used many touch pads in the past, but this one is noticably noisey. You can hear it here on this video I made. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEHAXssB9Ls
Does this sound like anyone else's. I was going to stop by the closest Best Buy and see before calling support but wanted to see if anyone else has heard this?

Possibly something loose under the touchpad, May consult Lenovo Tech Support.

They sent out a tech to replace it. I would do the same. In my case I had on site support and they broke the machine completely. So I'm getting a replacement. Hope it doesn't have this issue. My local Bestbuy store has these devices and they don't make the same sound.

My Yoga 910 touchpad is almost silent. Really one of the best I've used.

The Yoga 910 trackpad is amazing, really good tracking. The only issue (if an issue at all) is the barely audible "click" noise when I tap it. But I can only hear it in a silent room, when at work I don't notice a thing.
I was just trying to find out if it is normal in this computer.

It's not. I have tested other 910'side at Bestbuy and they aren't noisy at all. I just got my replacement and it's even worse than original and it has a brokenew A key. I'm done. Going to find another vendor.
