I purchased two USB-C to HDMI cables so far and none of the worked for me. The computers sees them but I cannot choose any selection such as extend the monitor, duplicate etc. When I choose them, the computer goes back to only 1 monitor selection. The cables I have tried:
Can you let me know which cable you are using?
FWIW I just now tested the below adapter with my 910. Works, although I only tested duplicate screen and only have 720 and 1080 TVs to test with.

I purchased this one. It does not work! It automatically goes back to "show only on 1". This was the third adapter/cable I used. I just think the problem is the labtop not the adapter/cables. I am sick of this ultrabook. I will never buy another lenovo product. I will not even pass by a lenovo store.

As I replied to your other post, it's best to run with something already confirmed as working. That said, I'd be happy to take your 910 off your hands.

Well, my desktop died and I need to work on several things in my computer. I do not normally use the laptop very often. I ordered my components but they take some time to arrive. In the meantime I wanted to have the capability of extending my screen but no luck. I will eventually get rid of this, that is for sure.

This works fine on my Yoga 920, Lenovo p/n GX90M44577
Miracast with wireless display connection works fine too with my Samsung Smart TV, but I prefer the HDMI cable with the USB-C adapter.

I'm in the same boat as you. Very disappointing at the tech reps and the product itself. The reps were very ......trying to say this nicely but .....very stupid unfortunately. I've purchased probably over 100 bucks worth of adators and etc to connect my external monitor and ALL same results. Ridiculous how a lenovo 910 owner needs to go through so much BS to get one darn monitor to connect. Unbelieveable. Step your game up lenovo. Switching to macbook for sure.
