Yoga 910 battery charger in slow motion and battery drain

I'm having problems with my 910 yoga. He's been carrying it for more than two days and it's only 44%. Unlike the other posts, where yoga is connected and does not carry my charges very slowly. Also when I remove the power cable the battery drains very fast.
1) I already updated the BIOS
2) I already unplugged and reinstalled the battery drives
I do not know what else to do.

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

 

There could be a number of factors to low battery life. Do you have the QHD model or the FHD model? Cranking up the brightness on a QHD display could shorten battery life. Also, check your background applications; one of them might be constantly running. To do this, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Under background processes, see if there is any that is using a lot of CPU or memory consumption.

Hi

Thanks, but I do not believe this is a solution, because my battery will charge 1% every hour. I think there's something very wrong with my computer.

I bought yoga910 on 04/30/2017, and until today I still could not fully charge the battery. I do not know what to do, please help me

You can start by flushing out all static, remove battery and AC adaptor and hold down power button for about 15 seconds.
