Hi. I've updated all the drivers, per technical support's advice.
I'm losing 1-5% per day when shut down and 5-10% per day in sleep mode on my new Yoga 920.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Do tech support read these forums?

Hi amote,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Battery draiining reports are also visible on other OEM forums as well and most likely related to similar features offered by Windows 10. Such also applies to different model of different macnufacturers as well.
Disabling fast start as discussed here would be a good step to try first.
Our forums are peer to peer community discussion group but Tech support (although maybe limited to their own scope of support) also utilizes the discussions we have for investigation of issues.
Update us how things go.
Regards

Hello
I had exactly the same problem with my 920.
After looking in the web heres what fixed it:
Device Manager > look for 'System Devices' in the list > expand > Right click 'Intel (R) Management Engine Interface' > Update driver.
So far it has fixed the problem, however I do have a new optional update in the Lenovo app to that driver... Not sure if I will download it...

Hey spidey101.
Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, it has not worked. Still getting some battery drain overnight when shut down.
I have emailed the support team, but am getting very slow response times.
Is there anything else I can try?

This was one of the suggestions from tech support. Although they got me to update through a link to the Lenovo website. Just tried the update driver option through device manager and it is already up to date.
Taking all other suggestions. This is really bugging me, as it appears to be one of the only flaws with this great machine. Unfortunately, it is a big one!

I had the same problem on my 920. To discover whether the MEI is at the route of the issue (as seemed to be the case for me), go to Control Panel > Device Manager > System devices... then right click on and Disable Intel(R) Management Engine Interface. Then test whether you still have battery drain. If battery is no longer draining, report back and I'll advise the exact steps I used to complete the fix.

One other point worth mentioning. You will always get a small amount of battery loss in sleep mode but there should obviously be none during hibernation or whilst shut down.

Hi amote,
Greetings.
Aside from the suggestions from fellow members, maybe you can try to disconnect not only all other connected device but also the network connection to check if same amount of battery would be the same.
