Yoga 920 - No driver for wifi card

One day, after the PC was off from empty battery for a few days, I lost all wireless connection. I went into settings and did some troubleshooting, and the problem was that Windows didn't find any working drivers for the wifi card. The computer wants me to download a working driver, but Yoga 920 doesn't have an ethernet port, so I can't really get connected to the Internet. What are my options?

Welcome to the Community.

 

You DO have a connection to the internet somehow or you couldn't have typed that Smiley Wink  Use the computer you're on now to download what you need from the download page for the 920. Put it on a thumb drive to move to the 920. You can then either execute the driver package on the 920 (if it's an executable.. I didn't look) or, when Windows starts looking for a driver, select "from a location on this computer" and browse to the thumb drive location of the driver.
