Having the same issue. Lenovo replaced my network card, but it happened again. 

 

I feel like Lenovo is trying to avoid admitting that there is an issue with these cards.

 

If anyone finds a solution, please share it.

Update: unfortunately my solution didn't last. So the workaround to get back online works. It isn't permanent, so it's still a defect imo.

 

Thinking of taking this to Lenovo under warranty, but need my laptop for work #firstworldproblems

Had the same symptom. This solution worked for me:

Held the power button down for 60 seconds, then pressed and held it for another 60 seconds.

Does that solve the issue permanently? 

 

If its only the solution how to reconnect to WiFi when you lose it that’s only half of the solution.

 

 I’m looking for a solution that will prevent this disconnections from happening to begin with.
