Yoga C930 Liquid Damage

Hello all,

about 2 months ago I accidentally put a lot of Coke on keyboard of my brand new Lenovo. Now the key “N” is no more working, I know if a stupid question but do you have any advice for me?

 

I use my laptop for work and I can’t wait too many time for repair it, Best Buy asked me for 2/3 weeks.

 

could someone help me! I m desperate...

I have not done so on your model, but on most of those keyboards, you can use a fingernail to lift the top left corner of the key until you hear a click, then do the same with the top right corner.   One both corners are loose, you should be able to remove the N Key cover, and access the parts below (if you have a camera phone, take some photos for reference to reassembly.   Their is usually a flexible cup in the center of the key that can be removed, and then use a cotton swap and some cleaner or rubbing alcohol to gently clean the area of any soda residue.

Just removed the key but all seems to be ok here... no way
