Thanks. I just loosened them and realinged especially the exhaust part. Very hard to describe. I think this varies extremely from device to device.
Has anbody experimented with thermal pads? I have a few lying around here from my Dell XPS times...

Yes, I sent it to warranty and according to the summary I received, they have replaced whole thermal module (fans and radiator). I But it still emits high-pitched sound. But I can hear that it differs from the laptop's position. When I place it on something soft that covers the bottom grill, then it gets deifnitely quieter. Sometimes when I work the sound is not annoying, but after some time it starts to be.
I checked again and covering right part of the grill (left when upside down) reduces the noise greatly as mentioned in previous posts. Maybe it's not the fan issue, but just poor design of a grill? I don't know what to think anymore.

So basically there is no way to fix this for now?
And also the Lenovo Vantage is such a horrible application. Should have the option to turn off the intelligent cooling mode and opt for the quiet mode.

Bios update didn't help much in my case, temps around 47°C in idle. I'll also test that tomorrow during work.
I'm still waiting for the bottom cover replacement, as it came from tech service dented and with signs of prying it open. Should've expected that.
