Yoga Mode Control Is Not Working

Hi

I have Lenovo Yoga 530, I discovered that the keyboard does not lock when in Tablet mode.

I have downloaded the Yoga Control Mode and install it, but still does not work, and I can't find ymc.exe in task manger.

Please help me with this issue

Thanks for posting here at the Community Forums!

 

Please share here your Yoga 530's MTM (machine type-model) number as well for us to check its specifications.

 

It can be seen through the device's label/sticker or its original packaging and does usually have a format of 8********R as an example.

 

For now, try disabling the Keyboard driver in Device Manager by right-clicking the Start/Windows symbol to access it.

 

In Device Manager window, look for the Keyboards tab then click the arrow next to it then select your keyboard driver then select either Disable/Uninstall (if Disable isn't available).

 

Once done, test it again. 

 

The keyboard driver will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason.
