Yoga S730 Letter Q stopped working, touchpad jerky

Hi guys,
I woke up this morning and found an issue with the touchpad/keyboard.
It wont type the letter q. All other letters are ok. On-screen keyboard is capable of typing out the letter.
The touchpad also seem to be jerky.
Does anyone know why?

Re: Yoga S730

Hello Franco1975!

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forum!

Could you try power drain to check if it will fix the issue? Please follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your system
2. Unplugged all peripherals
3. Press and hold power button for 15 seconds
4. restart your system

If the issue persist, please access BIOS then under security tab test your keyboard in administrator password. Here's how to access BIOS https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht500216

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Re: Yoga S730

Power drain failed to resolve the problem. Nor was Q able to be typed at the BIOS security.
My laptop is under warranty. Should I send it in?

Re: Yoga S730

I sent my laptop back to Lenovo to claim warranty. They changed the whole keyboard for free.
Thank you.
