Yoga: battery level and automatic sleep

2013-01-25, 8:22 AM
I hate it when the yoga just automatically sleep without warning when the battery reach certain level ( how many percent?)... is there a way to adjust setting to give us a warning or time to save unfinished business?

You can change this.

  • Open ControlPanel, PowerOptions.
  • Click the link "Change plan settings" of the selected power plan.
  • Click the link "Change advanced power settings".
  • On power options, scroll down to last settings group "Battery".
  • Click the + to expand it, and again the + on each subsettings.
  • Set low battery action to "Do nothing", see that low battery warning is on.
  • Set critical battery action to hibernate.
  • Save and close all dialogs

Now you will get a warning at low battery level, and PC will hibernate at critical level.
