Frayed screws are usually repair in the service center but what I do usually is use a flat rubber band on top of the screw to slowly try removing it out bit by bit. Take care when applying pressure to prevent damaging other parts.

It may be frayed on the plastics.
If that happens I make the screw stick to the tool avoiding spills of glue on the side.
Others use stronger magnets or suction tool.
Just the same, caution is kept to avoid damaging other parts.

Even brute force is applied, this screw still cannot be removed. Here is my solution. Finally, I can now replace the SD card and wifi module.

I follow the instruction on this website http://techdadreview.com/2014/09/02/upgrade-lenovo-yoga-2-pros-wireless-card/
And it turns out the laptop still cannot recognize the wifi card, there is still no wifi devices available in the Device Manager. Any idea?
The Gigabit Etherent Adapter in the picture is my USB-to-Ethernet Card.

Since this is a hardware issue, I wonder if you can give me some advice how to debug the wifi/usb board as listed in this link.
I am planning to buy one such board to replace the orignal one in my yoga pro 2. One of the major reason to drive me to do so is because the USB port close to this wifi card is also malfunction sometimes. I am suspecting the whole wifi/usb board can be replaced. However, I don't have much information now. Can you please provide some expertise? for example, will the problem come from the main motherboard or do you think if just replacing this wifi/usb board will turn the wifi card to work?
Besides that, I finally removed the screw. As you can see, the metal part on the right should be fixed on the metal plate while it's not.

With associated USB issue with the WLAN port, it is probable that the replacement audible board can help resolve the issue. You can check the audio board part number here on the parts lookup page. Checking with the hardware manual FRU list shows 90004972 VIUU3 Audio Board similar to the item here in Lenovo encompass.
Audio board removal also in the manual on page 45. In puchasing with other resellers, just check the return option just in case.

It usually have a clip to press to detach it from the audio board.
If it does not them slowly detach it using precision tool edging it out slowly.

I finally sovled the problem and it turns out to be a software issue. The driver that solve my problem is below.
The link for this driver is from : https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Yoga-Series-Notebooks/Yoga-2-Pro-network-adapter-issues/m-p/1334...
I am not sure if the procedure matters. I first downgrade the wifi driver to someone recommend in Windows 8.1 as below. It doesn't work out properly.
So after that, I download the first driver above with links ends as ds103765.
Aftre restarts, the wifi start to work, showing as Wi-Fi 3.
During the time, I also test the audio board and wifi card, both of them are function properly. There is no hardware problem.
