We found this problem recently on one Yoga3 pro-1370 / 80HE, so far one user reported it out of 20 who are using the same model.
The user bought a Mircosoft bluetooth mouse not long ago, she noticed that the mouse stops working in the middle of her work, issue started about 1 week ago. When problem happens, if open the Windows 10 action centre then try to enable / disable bluetooth, though the icon is there but it didn't response. Support suggested to upgrade bluetooth driver but problem is still. Once the problem happens, bluetooth is also gone under Computer > Device list, scanning new device can't bring it back, only reboot can help - it will be back to work by itself. Closing lid is not the case according to user and it happens randomly but confirmed it is in the middle of work.
Can someone shed some light on it?
