I put Vantage on my Lonovo Yoga 900 and saw there were a lot of hardware items which could be updated. All successful.
Then - rashly- I updated the bios as well. Ive done this on toshibas and its always been fine. So wasn't concerned about it.
The bios it there - I can see it through the Nova button. But when I press start button I get the blue screen with the dreaded message 'Default boot device missing or boot failed. Insert recovery media etc etc
I cant access the recovery area on the laptop without the boot working.
So I may have bricked it?
Is there a way of getting rid of the updated bios C6CN39WW, and reverting to the original which was (I think) C6CN29WW
If there is a way, does anyone have a blow by blow procedure - - not too technical please?
Thanks for any suggestions on this.
