i'm writing this in the forum because there is no Customer service Email address anywhere.
i bought the yoga 3 1470 in april 2015 thinking that it's gonna be a great computer after using some friends yoga 2 for a few times.
unfortunately, i my laptop has been causing me trouble from day one.
it started with the ghost touching that didnt stop for a few monthes. The lab in israel thought replacing the screen will do the trick but it didnt. i fixed it without their help a few weeks after when one of your tech support uploaded a fix file for the problem.
then, a few months ago the laptop started shuting down for no apperent reason. i sent it back to lab and the thought replacing the motherbored and my charger will fix the problem.
but i still experience these shutdowns today.
by now my warrenty is gone, so i doubt if calling your support in israel will help me in any way, so i hope maybe this messge will help.
