I just purchased the Yoga 910-13IKB and installed iTunes. The problem is the display is compressed vertically and the text overlay maks the Menu Bar very narrow and text in the Library Pane has no vertical spacing between library types. Ive removed/reinstalled iTunes and changed the display size but it doesn’t display correctly. It’s the only program that does this. Have others seen this? Looking for suggestions.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Sounds like an issue with the iTunes, Apple support would probably be able to confirm if this is a know issue or not.
In any case, it seems the app zooms and scales based on your DPI selection I believe, try to see if you can change the settings.
Open Control Panel - search for "Make it easier to read whats on screen" or something along the lines of this, try to see if you can change this.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

This could be the same setting that causes some system menu lettering to appear fuzzy.
R-click on the desktop and go to display settings. If the slider for "Change the size of text, apps, and other items..." is anywhere but 100% change it back to 100%. Reboot for full effect.
