Hi,

I would suggest doing a factory reset, then on first boot, disable Windows driver update:

  1. Right click the Start button and select Control Panel.
  2. Make your way to System and Security.
  3. Click System.
  4. Click Advanced system settings from the left sidebar.
  5. Select the Hardware tab.
  6. Press the Device Installation Settings button.
  7. Choose No, and then press the Save Changes button.

then update windows, and drivers via Vantage, or from lenovo website.

This should fix the issue.

Hello, I have the same issue. I already tried to do a factory reset and then I installed the drivers from Lenovo site. But it doesn't work. Do you find a solution?

Having an almost exact issue here... wondering also if it's because of the update.... :(

Same issue here. The keyboard, mouse and touchpad aren't working. Any ideas? It came just after a Windows update this morning.

I got mine working. I uninstalled the PS/2 built-in keyboard and then rebooted and it fixed the problem. FYI, I could always use the keyboard in BIOS, indicating that the hardware was OK - this was related to the Windows 10 update in all likelihood

Yes it worked for me also... uninstalling PS/2 driver got my Track Point mouse working again after the Windows Update disabled it.

Go to “Control Panel”

Choose “Hardware and Sound”

In Devices and Printers, choose

”Device Manager”

Double click “Mice and other pointing devices”

Right click “PS/2” Compatible mouse, then  “Uninstall device”

You computer will close all programs and restart and your mouse should be working again.

: )
