lenovo error message - "Vantage has encountered a problem"

I was able to use Lenovo vantage few weeks ago but right now, unfortunately i am no longer unable to. every attempt to get the application re-installed has failed, it just keeps asking me to download driver to download and install driver even after installing. Another attepmt at unistalling and re-instlling "System Interface Foundation V2 Device" via device manger has also failed. I am no longer aware of what to do as this happened after an inplace upgrade from micorsoft. All available attempts by microsoft teams has proved abortive, an escalation of the issue by microsoft team made me aware that the issue is from Lenovo itself and i had to contact them, they claimed that it ay not be compatible with thier latest upgrade. I need the app back up as it helps with my battery so much. now i cant conserve my battery anymore, neither does it charge when i want it to. kindly help if anyone has an idea. Thank you in anticipation.
