I have issues on my replacement yoga 710 15.6 I got for free from lenovo case manager The tack pad is loose and clicky ,fan make grind noise and wifi disconnects.Lenovo wants to use my on site warrenty I just got my computer yesterday is that the best option My only hope is to wait for the on site tech to call when they get the parts.

With an ongoing service set , it maybe worth a try having it attended to directly by an onsite technician that can inspect physically on the issue and they would likewise be able to directly recommend options .
Having to again go thru the process (considering the waiting time) , best to pursue current service then see how this works out. By then we can decide.

Ok thanks I just got the machine yesterday a case manager set up the replacment machine two days ago and i'm using the on site warrenty from lenovo to get the three things fixed rather than talk to another case manager.
