Mouse would disappear every now and then while using my new Yoga 7i 14 laptop. The only solution i know is restarting. Pretty annoying. Please help.

Nice to have you here!

Can you please provide us your device's MTM (machine type-model) number for us to check its specifications?

You may follow the steps found on this previous post to see what other users have done who's also encountering this issue as well as this link for additional troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for providing your device's details @vsiam!

By the way, were you able to perform the steps that are found on the links that I have provided to you on my initial response for this post?

Try to check if there's an available Windows OS update for the device as well.

Also, download the latest version of BIOS and Intel Chipset drivers for your Yoga 7 laptop and restart it then test it again.

Thanks,

None works.

I ran automatic system update. Every thing seems uptodate.

Thanks for the update @vsiam!

Check if there are any unknown or corrupted drivers in Device Manager.

Right-click on Start/Windows symbol to get to the Device Manager. From there, check each drivers and see if there's an exclamation mark (!) right next to it.

Remove/Uninstall those corrupted drivers by right-clicking and selecting uninstall. Restart the device afterwards then test the cursor again.

Please check this other previous post for additional steps as well.
