My Yoga X380 screen does neither react on touch nor on pen anymore. If I want to open the pen and touch settings an error message occurs, saying that the touch and pen properties are not available and that I should contact the manufacturer (error = 122).
Does anybody know whether this is a hardware or a software problem? Is there anything I can do??
Thanks for your help!!

Happened to me an hour ago with my brand new x380. Touch screen was not working (mostly) and i got the same error on settings. I've been updating the drivers and something went wrong, i guess. Anyway, i've opened the device manager, uninstalled HID-complilant touch screen and HID-compliant pen (in Human Interface Devices) and scaned for hardware changes. Touchscreen instantly went back to normal.

I've the same problem. I’ve tried your suggestion, rederik_go, but it didn’t help. My screen only shows a grey circle where I touched but doesn’t react to that. Strangely, only in Chrome it works!

Thanks very much! Removing "Lenovo Pen Settings Service" did the job! And I can now remember that the problem first occured after a Lenovo update and this was it.
