yoga 13 freezeups

Arggh, it looks like my yoga13 has a terminal hardware illness. After a week running ok, it began to get more and more freezeups, now needing about ten reboots to run for a few moments before the screen turns black with an orange stripe on the left. I returned it to stock onekey windows, then reloaded all window updates with no joy.

Can anyone advise me on how to characterize the problem for warrantee claims, and via what method? I may not be able to access the online lenovo support info in its state. What a disappointing development... returns back to lenovo are especially difficult and expensive here. By the way, the failed reboots often send the fans into turbo high power mode even without heat. Thanx

You may wish to check the following options before contacting Lenovo Support


Please perform clean boot and then try to install.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: Follow step 3 from the clean boot article KB929135 to reset the computer to normal


Also try to update all the drivers  and check under event log if it is giving any error  which is causing system freezing issue
