So, what ever, i tried my very best, to share my experience.

It is really poor of Lenovo, not to give any Information.

A "it is a known issue and we are working on it" or any reaction at all...

Good luck to all the people with still having problems.

By the way, there is a reaction: They deleted the dropbox link, lol!

Because it it against the forum rules.

I think, selling a product with unsolved problems is against the trade rules! They should be more worried about that!

Cheers from Germany,

After about a week of using the dropbox drivers (12/2012), I can confirm that my wireless issues are completely gone. No thanks to Lenovo for their pathetic efforts.

Was this the one that ostfriese linked to?   It had since been taken down by the mods a week ago.

Donkiboy: This is not the Dell Wifi driver that ostfriese linked.  I am unable to find a valid wifi driver in that Dell  package.  The driver i'm using is the one from the DropBox file.  You can find the link post  here:

http://forum.notebookreview.com/ideapad-essential/640537-ideapad-yoga-108.html

I suggest installing the DropBox Wifi drivers along with the Dell Bluetooth driver.

I've not had one dropped connection since the update, where as before I had 3-5 disconnects per day.  Random disconnects.  This new driver is much more stable.

Re: yoga 13 wifi issues

Just sent my dropbox link to all of those who pm'd me. Sorry it took awhile to reply I was on vacation for about a week. For those who still don't have it, just PM me. I should respond alot faster now.

Well anyways I said I will post my experience using the latest wifi driver after using it awhile. What a good time to because I connected to several different wireless networks while on vacation.

It is definitely an improvement over the stock sept driver but still experiencing the same initial bootup/resume from standby connecting issues. It varies depending on what type of wireless router I connect to. For instance, when at work the first boot will connect fine. The next reboot it connects but I have to wait a couple of minutes before I can access the internet. Sometimes when booting up it doesn't connect. I have to click the wireless icon in the system tray to bring up Networks Charm Bar then it will connect.

The speed is definitely better now , but still not as good as other laptops. I have not experienced any drops once I get connected. I did with the previous driver.

To sum it all up
1. Initial bootup / resume from standby still has issues for me. Less frequent about 10% of the time. Also depends on what type of wireless router. Previous driver had the issue about 30% of the time.

2. Speeds are improved but still not as good as other laptops

3. No more dropped connections.

Re: yoga 13 wifi issues

I have tried updating my driver but it keeps saying that I have the most current driver.  It is dated 9/4/12.  I downloaded the newest one from support and installed it but it is not showing up.  It is so frustrating to have spent all this money on a laptop and have a good connection.  I have called support three times and they keep saying that is my router.  I use the Verizon MiFi Jet Pack.  Any suggestions?
