After having this laptop for 6 months, i started experiencing issues with at start up. It would lock up and would take approximately 5 minutes to clear up so i could start using it. Three months ago i did a full recovery and restart, taking the computer back to the original state i purchased it. Now, it will not download updates for Windows 10. This computer is only used for school work i.e. (microsoft word, excel, and research on internet). Please help!
