You really should only calibrate your battery if it seems "miscalibrated". Sometimes this means it will never charge to 100% (Up to 95% is fine), or the laptop shuts off at 20%.

The calibration took 12 hours on my Yoga 3. So have plenty of time ready and do NOT cancel once you begin. I learned the hard way and I only calibrated because it kept annoying me with warning messages.
The first time I calibrated I ran it overnight and in the morning it must have still been running, but is poorly designed with not telling you the status. I forced a reboot by holding the power button for 10 seconds. BAD MOVE. I got the blue screen of death and had to load from a Window's Restore Point. Big mess. A few weeks later, after more annoying messages I did a successful calibration in 12 hours.
My battery icon still has a Red dot on the percentage of power left. If anyone knows how to get rid of that, please advise.

I've run the OneKey checkup a dozen times and still have the red dot. Currently shows the status as "Excellent" but the red dot won't go away. Makes me want to remove the icon again but I missed seeing my battery %.

I calibrated the battery 3-4 weeks ago. I received the message that it completed successfully. Now it's telling me to do it again. I don't want to send it back to Lenovo. It's a brand new PC and I have no idea how long I would be without it.
