I have a very strange problem with my yoga 500-14IBD,
When my battery reaches the 30% my computer become very slow and almost impossible to use(I get stuck even on youtube videos) until I plug the charger back and it goes back to normal.
I guess that it some kind of battery saving option but I didn't find any settings about that on the PC,
Does it sound familiar to anybody? And what can I do?

Welcome to Lenovo Forums.
As you know that laptops are portable computers and their main function is to provide portability. Therefore they run on batteries. When the power cable is not connected the laptop tries to save power so when it runs a program which requires high performance from the hardware, it limits the capability of it so that less power is used which in turn allows the user to use the computer for longer period of time in absence of external power. In simpler words
Higher performance=more power=less battery life
Low performance=less power=more battery life which is the basic agenda of laptops.
From a practical perspective, you can go into Windows advanced power management settings and change the way processor and fans behave on battery:
Hope this helps. Please let me know your findings.

thank you for the response
I understand that and that is why it's so strange for me,I've already went to Windows advanced power management settings and changed it to high performance but I still get that weird slow down when the pc reaches the 30% of battery,I thought that maybe theres some lenovo app that was installed on the laptop that causes this problem but I didn't find anything

Havebyou tried going into settings and unticking the box for turning on the battery saver? It should look like on the SS below, than the battery saver will never be turned on.
