Hi alicealice!

Welcome to the Community Forums!

Sorry to hear that your laptop is not turning on. When did it start happening? Any changes you have made recently? For now, please do a power drain by removing all connected devices (ac adapter, USB flash drive, etc.), shut it down and hold down the power button for 60 seconds. Turn it back on after a few minutes and observe.

Have you tried turning it on while the charger is plugged in? If not, please do so. If not working, try to let it charger for a couple of minutes. Make sure to try other wall socket or different chargers as well. If same issue, it could be hardware failure which needs you to bring it to the nearest service center in your location. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht118678

i hope to find a solution because there is no service centre in our department here in france.
my experience with computers is that it might start again after being totally without power for a minute or more. so normally you take the battery out. but that is not possible because it is hardwired to the motherboard.
and i cant find a reset button on the motherboard.
do you know how to drain the power on the yoga 510, or how to reset the whole computer?

The steps I initially provided is how to power drain your laptop. To reset your Yoga 710-14ISK, the steps are in page 26 of the user guide, https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/yoga_510-14ast_510-14isk_510-15isk_510-14ikb_510-15ikb_ug_en_201606.pdf. The location of the Novo Button is on pages 10-11.

If there is no authorized service provider in your region, call our phone support for repair options (Select Lenovo & Idea products).
