i bought my yoga in febuary 2018. Within the first few months the battery was draining. It has now gotten to the point where I cannot use my laptop unless it is plugged into its charger. It is currently under warrenty. Any ideas on what I should do next ?

Your next step would be calling in technical support for immediate intervention shile the warranty is up. Battery warranty coverage typically goes one year and is part of your warranty claim.
