Hi ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

We've used google translate to learn more about the issue and from what I've understood,  you're having issues with the touchscreen after resetting the notebook, correct?

Try uninstalling the HID Touch-Compliant in device manager display adapter, then download the update driver from our support website. You may follow the steps below.

1. Open device manager

2. Expand Human Interface then right click on HID touch and select uninstall.

- Do the same on display adapters

3. Restart the notebook

4. Go to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-720-12ikb/downloads/driver-list and download the lates display driver

Update us how it goes.
