I received my Yoga 900 from the MS store today. I can't find how to enable conservation mode. Power in the lenovo settings app doesn't have it. I have windows 10 home. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !
Make sure that you have the Lenovo Energy Management Driver installed. If it is installed then try uninstalling it, reboot and install a fresh copy. Here is a link to that driver....
Another one to check is the Lenovo Battery Guage......

I checked my Yoga 900 and unfortunately the Energy Management Driver doesn't appear in the Apps and Features listing so it can not be uninstalled. Sorry about that! A reinstall is the best you can do then.
If you have the Battery Guage installed along with the Energy Management driver and the problem remains then the next thing I would try is uninstalling the Lenovo Settings App and then reinstall it from the Windows Store.

I finally got conservation mode working with a different lenovo app, OneKey Optimizer. Thankfully I'll now get a few good years before the battery needs to be replaced. Conservation mode charges to between 55% and 60%. It'd be nice to adjust that up to 70-75%, but this suits my needs adequately...

Glad to hear it is now working. Thanks for posting back with an update!
Now that you have Conservation Mode have you rechecked the Lenovo Settings App? Just curious if One Key Optimizer added Conservation Mode to the Lenovo Settings app.
