I sent my S/N private for you but you just said upper case you mean that i need to order and change whole of upper case for fixing my TouchPad? and if waranty support send the part to me or I need just send my notebook to them?

Usually, during warranty repair service the entire uppercase would be replaced as the touchpad is part of the assembly.
This part considered as FRU or field replaceable unit so they won't be sending the part rather you would be asked to have it sent to the repair facility instead.

Most likely replacement/repair would be at your own expense including ordering the part and labor cost.
You can download the hardware manual for the disassembly guide from the support page documentation tab.
