Just select your product from here http://download.lenovo.com/lenovoemc/eu/en/
Alternatively, on your box you should be able to click check for update and do it that way.

Another forum with some people with the same issue
on my side, my Ix2-200 (quite old and was not updated before the attack) have been completely erased with the same message.
My internet connection is too slow to upload the whole content so, the data has only been erased and the file system corrupted.
I'm trying to restore the data but seems hard...
I lost almost 10 years of personal pictures...

Not sure whether I should step in so late after your postings.
But the mentioned ransom malware in all monitored cases cam in though a client which hade your NAS as a fixed mapped device, so beeing part of the reachable storage for that malware.
Solutions to overcome or prevent for the future:
- have a good antivirus software running on the clients ( in addition to the Microsoft stuff
- have your heads up when reading Mails, opening attachments or clicking links
- make sure, your client user has only the rights neccessary
- ( logically) disconnect all unused storage and connect only when necessary.....
