Hope you can give me a hand with this.
I have a LenovoEMC px4-400d. I know it´s quite old, but perhaps someone has experienced the same issue.
The thing is that since a few months ago, my device is very very very slow. I changed cables, ethernet port... with no success.
I was thinking that perhaps could be a way to clean cache... I don´t know. I am a little bit lost.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the community!
Would it be possible to provide us a little more information about your setup? How many drives? Capacity? Also, if you could elaborate on the slowness. Is it slow while transferring files?
Any information you can provide will help.

Thanks for your reply.
I have 4 drivers, with a Raid 5 configuration. The capacity is 8 TB.
When I say "slow" I mean that takes a lot of time just copying files, saving files...
Even if I access using Chrome, sometimes it takes a lot of time.
The devide is configured in my domain. So I usually access to it from file explorer.
It was working ok before, but since 4 or 5 months ago it started to get slower and slower.
Now, for example, if I want to save a file of 1 MB, sometimes it takes several minutes. And mainly, if I open Photoshop on my computer and try to open a file saved on the devide (for example, 15 MB), it can take 5 minutes.

What is your capacity at? As it near 100% capacity, it will slow down.
I would check that and ensure you are not near or at 100% capacity; if you are there, see if you can backup some of the data, and make some more room on the device.

Nothing changed. It started to be slower and slower.
I can access, but it takes ages.
I was thinking on cheching hard drivers. But it´s a Raid5 and I don´t know any tool (similar to chkdsk) to run the tests.
Thanks for the replies.
