I don't see any utility to install OKR at this point. Maybe you deleted the hidden partition and you can't recovery from default sofware.

Re: How to install ubuntu netbook version 10.10 on lenovo s10-3

Err so how do i get it back? or how do i check if its still there or not?

What abt those who wants to partition their HDD, won't that remove OKR permanently , if so isn't that an unreliable procedure Lenovo has?

I think there must be a way to get it back if it can be brought in...

If you erased the partition, you lost all your factory recovery files. You can check using a partition editor.

Those people create a default ecovery disk set before changing the partitions schema.

In my case, I made a recovery disk set, then I get the same Windows and use my key to validate. I installed all teh softwae that I need. The laptops works flawless. Also, I installed Windows Server 2008 R2.

In one word, OKR is used by people who don't install any other operative system because they only knows and use the preinstalled software that came with the laptop.

Re: How to install ubuntu netbook version 10.10 on lenovo s10-3

If you don't have installed OKR, the key is useless.

I have a custom installation, and that's the only key that I can't use. Don't worry.
