DON'T bother to send for REPAIR

2016-10-25, 8:56 AM

To cut a long two month story short.

Issue with heart beat rate monitor, sent for repair, should be back in 7-10 days, took TWO MONTHS, sent a formal letter stating next step is legal route. Received watch stating repaired but clearle in same state as before.

See the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmxSKYessJg

I'm going the refund route now, let us see how long that takes.

Hi Gnans,

Thanks for reaching this out to us, since this is peer to peer forums, we can't check what happened to your repair process or history. What we could suggest is to contact customer service as soon as possible to follow this up and see what they can do. They will be able to help you out since you just received your device.

Regards,

Jess

Jess, I'm making the community aware how awful your customer service were.

I'm least bothered to talk to them anymore. Your team managed to put me, my family and friends to stay clear from Motoroloa and also Lenova products.

Similar experience here.

Since the AW2.0 update, sent it in for repair 3 times, each time came back just as broken.

After all these months, Moto still does not acknowledge there is a problem.

Its a very pathetic level of customer service from Motorola/Lenova. Acknowledge and work on the issue rather than misdirecting.

Seriously I have mentioned this to a dozen of my friends to avoid their products.

The best of a company is known when there is an issue with the product and how that is put straight.
